This submission explains an eight month long programme for The Consultancy, a part of Gwynedd Council responsible for a range of building and engineering contracts and services for the Authority and for other clients in North Wales. The events included all of the management team of 35.
Coaching Skills for Leaders – encouraging coaching as part of the Leader’s skill set
Part of a coaching development programme for senior leaders in part of the publicly-owned National Health Service. The programme lasts for 6 months or so and aims to develop a coaching leadership style.
Resolving a Difficult Challenge With SF: This work involved a two day forum for a charity. The charity were given the opportunity to run a forum to to enrich the debate on the topic of the Intellectual Property (IP) of indigenous peoples with a particular focus on their free, prior and informed consent to the exploitation of their natural and cultural heritage.
SF Group Supervision: The group consisted of four participants working in a three-year project dealing with Social and Health Care. Solution Focused supervision was especially ordered for the last year of the project to support project implementation and assessment, goal achievement as well as strengthening the team before the end of the project.
About 30 employees of six different nursing homes took part in three sessions in a process that was arranged by a local social development company. The aim was to enhance the communication between the employees and the volunteers.
Coaching for change: a Solutions Focus 10-day training course for youth workers and activists

We were a team of three facilitators who collaboratively facilitated this course in Frankolovo, Slovenia.
HRD-Team development process
The piece of work was carried out with a small HRD-team in a public organization. The aim of the process was to support change process of the team. The process lasted for six months including five half of a day workshops.
