Katrin Berger works as a school counsellor in Bremen, Germany. Her favourite tasks are WOWW-Coaching, Children’s Support Groups and SF Child protection work within schools. Besides this, she is self-employed as “Lösungswerkstatt” (Solution Focused workshop facilitator), where she offers training and team building, conflict mediation and coaching. She is a passionate networker and loves to build bridges between people and to support cooperation.

Klaus Schenck

Klaus Schenck, Ph.D., became interested in models of “system dynamics” in 1976, became a “systemic consultant” in 1997, is an active contributor to the SF community since 2003 and an active student of the Theory-of-Constraints community since 2005. He presented his model of fractal “simplexity”, named “CORFU”, at the 2006 SOLworld conference in Vienna, taught his own module on “complex adaptive systems” at a German university in 2009, summarised some aspects of Systems Thinking, including hints to the Cynefin framework, in a book chapter in 2020 (you can download ”CORFU” and “Systems Thinking” here: https://sites.google.com/site/klausschenck/free-resources-articles), and published a book on conflict resolution (in the German language) in 2021 ( https://www.amazon.de/Konflikte-Projekten-Bausteine-konstruktive-Konfliktl%C3%B6sungen/dp/3648147994).

Lance Fortner

Lance Fortner is a counsellor, coach and educator with 20+ years of experience, and post-graduate training in solution-focused practice. Blending mindfulness, mediation solutions and pastoral care, Lance provides individuals and communities with strategies that guide greater growth mindset, constructive communication methods and efforts to promote healthy well-being. Following foundational work in university student counselling and development, Lance transitioned to family mental health services in the State of New Hampshire in the US where he led a non-profit grassroots organisation for at-risk students. Lance’s family then went to Boston, where he continued his community work. In 2013, he moved with his family to Germany, where he has since provided counselling within an international community in Heidelberg.

Nina Möhnig

Nina is a consultant, speaker, and facilitator with expertise in co-creation, leadership, and agile strategy development. With a background in history and philosophy, she has a deep understanding of transformation processes and how they affect individuals and organizations over time. Drawing from her experience in leadership and the creative industries, she advises clients across politics, culture, non-profits, and business sectors, focusing on translating needs into meaningful actions. Passionate about collaborative, value-driven, and equitable teamwork, she applies agile methodologies and the Loop Approach® to foster impactful change. She welcomes discussions on these topics and encourages others to reach out or book a session.

Peter Röhrig

MBA Dr.rer.pol. Organisational consultant, mediator, coach, solution-focused trainer. Co-founder and associate of ConsultContor, Consulting and Coaching, Cologne, Germany. Teams and people in challenging leadership situations lie particularly close to the heart of the economic sociologist. In the context of his own professional experience as executive science manager, he supports them in overcoming blockages, resolving conflicts and successfully pursuing their goals. Qualifications as social scientist and organisational developer are the basis for his resource-oriented and solution-focused approach.
