Guy Shennan is an independent solution-focused therapist, coach and trainer who has used the solution-focused approach for nearly 30 years. He is based in London, England, where he worked with BRIEF between 2004 and 2010. He created and co-led BRIEF’s Diploma in Solution-Focused Practice, which began in 2005.
Guy trained originally as a social worker and was the Chair of the British Association of Social Workers from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, Guy co-founded the Solution-Focused Collective to explore ways of using solution-focused ideas and practices for social change.
Gyorgy is an internal OD consultant, trainer and coach at Vodafone Hungary. He believes in the power of shared thinking, sharing in his workshops considering it the best way to build resilience and flexibility in unexpected situations.
Haesun Moon is a communication scientist and educator based in Toronto, Canada. She cares about people having more and better conversations at home and at workplaces. Her academic and professional research in coaching dialogues and pedagogy from the University of Toronto introduced a simple coaching model, Dialogic Orientation Quadrant, that has transformed the way people coach and learn coaching worldwide. Haesun teaches Brief Coaching at the University of Toronto and serves as Executive Director at the Canadian Centre for Brief Coaching. She loves dogs, roasts her own coffee, and is particular about her choice of pens.
Janine has over 20 years’ experience in executive coaching and training. Having previously held senior HR positions in the UK and New Zealand, she also has a wealth of expertise in organisational development and change management.
Her speciality is bringing about positive change and implementing constructive ways of working. She is a frequent conference presenter, contributes to management journals and has co-authored two books.
Katalin Hankovszky Christiansen M.A., PCC is an independent trainer and coach. Coming from a pedagogical background, she has work in the business and training environments since 1995.
She leads the Hungarian faculty of Solutionsurfers, is a SOLWorld enthusiast from the very beginning and has invested some years in educational research.
Katalin is training teachers to use Solution-Focus as learning design in the classroom.
