In this workshop, the trio explores the question: What does it really take for someone to gain the confidence to step into the role of a Solution Focused (SF) trainer?

Drawing on their rich experience designing and delivering train-the-trainer programs, they share key insights into how learning happens best—not through rigid instruction, but within supportive, co-creative communities.

You’ll hear how they’ve shifted the focus from teaching specific techniques to cultivating environments where experimentation, trust, and personal growth are encouraged. Along the way, they’ve discovered how creating space for both experiential and intellectual learning can empower new trainers to find their voice.
