As a Solutions Focused coach and trainer, I focus on analyzing successes and finding possible solutions, and then stimulating people’s creativity to do more of what works.

Over the past 25 years, I have held various managerial and commercial positions at the Randstad Group. I have managed teams and developed and marketed new service concepts. I have built sustainable business relationships in a multinational context. I gained my experience in virtual, international teams with changing team members and very little hierarchy. That worked well.

I now know how much better that can be with a Solutions Focused approach, a way of working that I now fully embrace. My primary goal is not just to support people in making a plan for the future. It is my ambition to bring dynamism and make something meaningful happen during the coaching or training itself. My clients and colleagues appreciate the way in which I can make new ideas bubble up. They appreciate my ability to synthesize with which I can bring clarity to complex situations.
