Welcome to the SFiO Volunteer Page

We warmly welcome you to contribute to a global community of practitioners who care deeply about bringing a solution-focused approach into organisations and everyday conversations. Whether you are new to SFiO or have been around for a while, there is a place for you here.

Volunteering at SFiO is designed to be simple and useful.

Rather than fixed roles, we offer short ‘challenge packages’. Each one takes around eight hours and can be completed over a month.

You choose something that interests you. You complete it in your own time. And you help grow the reach and usefulness of Solution Focus in organisations.

Current focus:

• Identify Solution Focus books in organisational settings that have not yet been reviewed in InterAction
• Create a clear list so we can invite reviews
• Help expand what others can find and use
