It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to Volume 15 of the InterAction Collection.
Together we grow and develop our Solution Focus practice working with organisations.
This Collection brings you the latest thinking on solution focus in organisations. It includes Case Studies, Applications (including tools), conversations with experienced practitioners and book reviews. Each feature might be an audio, a video or written material or a combination of these.

Do let the editors know if there is a particular topic you would like featured. If you would like to contribute, please write to the editors with an outline of what you would like to submit. You can also contribute by presenting a topic in a Global Online Chapter, with attendees from many different countries worldwide, or we can arrange for a contributor to interview you if you have a great story to tell.
- SFCT produced InterAction in eight volumes of printed articles from 2008 to 2016. In 2023 we want to include some of these articles in the InterAction Collection, with the authors' permission. John has over thirty years experience of leading people to collaborate effectively. He gained his leadership experience as a Senior Vice President in Visa International, working on international projects. Since 2004 he has used his leadership and Solution Focus expertise to enable people in multinational and national organisations to collaborate effectively. He is Co-President of Solution Focus in Organisations, an SFiO Reviewed Practitioner and has an MBA from The Open University in the UK.

Carey Glass is a Management Consultant and Organisational Psychologist. Her business “Change With Ease” reflects the miracle that happens when organisation move away from problem-focused approaches. She has brought SF to all areas of corporate and public sector life in the UK, from strategy, to performance management, to occupational health and safety, to culture, coaching and complexity helping create far-reaching change with ease. She has published case studies describing the transformation that SF brings to organisational outcomes and is excited to now be bringing the benefits of SF to Australian organisations.

Annie Bordeleau is founder of the I2A Network, collaborating with international organisations and universities for over 20 years. She discovered SF in 2005 and it has fundamentally transformed the way she supports leaders in organisations across all cultures to lead through change with more ease and effectiveness.
