We are delighted to welcome you to Volume 14 of the InterAction Collection. We intend the Collection to help you develop as a Solution Focus practitioner working inside or with organisations.
This Collection brings you the latest practice and thinking on solution focus in organisations and materials from the past that are still valid today. As well, you will occasionally find materials from other fields of SF, where these may help you develop as an organisational practitioner.
The Collection includes Case Studies, Applications (including tools), conversations with experienced practitioners and book reviews. Each feature might be an audio, a video or written material or a combination of these.
So that you can consume it more efficiently, and we can include topical material, we add to the Collection monthly.

Do let the editors know if there is a particular topic you would like featured. If you would like to contribute, please write to the editors with an outline of what you would like to submit. You can also contribute by presenting a topic in a Global Online Chapter, with attendees from many different countries worldwide.
- SFCT produced InterAction in eight volumes of printed articles from 2008 to 2016. In 2022 we will begin a project to include some of these articles in the InterAction Collection, with the authors' permission. Meanwhile, you can find them here https://sfwork.com/interaction.

John has over thirty years experience of leading people to collaborate effectively. He gained his leadership experience as a Senior Vice President in Visa International, working on international projects. Since 2004 he has used his leadership and Solution Focus expertise to enable people in multinational and national organisations to collaborate effectively. He is Co-President of Solution Focus in Organisations, an SFiO Reviewed Practitioner and has an MBA from The Open University in the UK.

Carey Glass is a Management Consultant and Organisational Psychologist. Her business “Change With Ease” reflects the miracle that happens when organisation move away from problem-focused approaches. She has brought SF to all areas of corporate and public sector life in the UK, from strategy, to performance management, to occupational health and safety, to culture, coaching and complexity helping create far-reaching change with ease. She has published case studies describing the transformation that SF brings to organisational outcomes and is excited to now be bringing the benefits of SF to Australian organisations.

Annie Bordeleau is founder of the I2A Network, collaborating with international organisations and universities for over 20 years.
