SFiO Schools Gathering 2027

Imagine a school where wellbeing comes first…

Imagine a school with a collective purpose, where people look through a lens of what’s working and what’s wanted.

A school where wellbeing isn’t an add-on, but is woven through the fabric of school life - the classrooms, corridors, conversations, strategy meetings and everyday interactions.

Come and experience this at Beechen Cliff School in Bath, where a Solution Focused approach has been growing across the school community for the past eight years.

This gathering will explore what can happen when wellbeing becomes a catalyst for better outcomes: stronger staff retention, better pupil attendance, fewer behavioural issues, stronger relationships, SEN inclusion and greater engagement in learning.

This is not a show-and-tell conference.

It is a working gathering for school and trust leaders, governors, policymakers, practitioners and others who want to influence what happens in schools.

We’ll share experience from Beechen Cliff and elsewhere; then work together to explore what’s already working, what we want more of, and what we can take back into our own contexts. Listen to the Case Study below.

Attend with curiosity. Come, ready to contribute.
