Taking your organisation beyond the problemâletâs do it! Ever been stuck trying to solve an organisational difficulty? Canât seem to get beyond the problem? Not sure exactly what you want or how to get there? Happy to explore a different approach, hear some alternative perspectives and experiment with some new tools?
If this is you, this free and highly interactive workshop with a mix of plenary discussion and small group breakouts could be two hours well spent. Embracing a âsolution focusâ and facilitated by Carey Glass, Annette Gray and John Teager, all members of the SFiO Down Under Chapter, this workshop is an opportunity to air your problem with like-minded colleagues, reflect on their ideas and likely find some meaningful steps to help you move forward. If you have been trying SF to solve a problem come and share whatâs worked and add some new ideas to your skill set. Following a long and distinguished Air Force career of more than thirty years, John Teager transitioned seamlessly into defence industry and became managing director of an Australian subsidiary of an international prime. After enjoying ten years of significant success in the commercial world, John repatriated to his home town of Adelaide and established his own business â Open Mind Thinking â which helps company executives and their teams to be solutions focused, to have constructive conversations, to embrace the infinite nature of business and to develop strategies to get and stay ahead.
Annette is a Solution Focus coach, facilitator and speaker (based in Sydney Australia) on SF Coaching and Mentoring. She has trained over 7,000 managers and leaders to be more âcoach likeâ and use a Solution Focused approach to how they have conversations that helps them achieve change fast. Annette has her own consulting business (Annette Gray Consulting) and has worked across many industries including: Construction, Education, Government, Banking and Finance. She is also a Mentor for Can Too ocean swim programs
