2021 SFiO Downunder at the Solution Focused Bootcamp

Solution Focus in Organisations (SFiO) Downunder- Summer Boot Camp Series - No 3 on THURSDAY MARCH 4th from 9:30-11:30 NSW

About this Event

The Clues to Working in a Solution Focused Way and Coaching to real life organisational examples What is Solution Focus?

The Solution Focused Approach has proven to be a very powerful and successful approach to deal with complexity, problems and change. It is transforming coaching, consulting, and leadership in organisations all over the world.

The approach has been made possible by the work of Steve de Shazer and Insoo Kim Berg. Their therapeutic work started in the late seventies and now it has successfully evolved into work fields such as coaching, management, education and consultancy.

The approach aims to discover “what works” in a given situation, simply and practically. The focus on what’s wanted, what’s going well and practical progress leads to a culture of collaboration and long lasting results.

Who is the bootcamp for?

Anyone who is interested in working in a positive and practical way. If you missed out on Bootcamps 1 and 2 don’t worry. Whether you are involved in Coaching, Leadership Development, Change Management, Performance and Culture or just interested in discovering more about Solution Focused practice.

Come along and learn from a group of passionate people who have derived meaning in using SF in their practices both as professionals, consultants and educators in multiple contexts.
