Lead Projects More Effectively in A VUCA Environment with Solution Focus

Douglas will share his experience of working in an increasingly VUCA environment using Solution Focus.

About this Event

As we face the extreme VUCA challenges in businesses today which are affected mainly by the pandemic, natural disasters and trade war, Douglas realised that he could not do the same thing and expect to overcome those challenges with better results.

With more than two decades of project management experience in leading large-scale projects in manufacturing factories start-ups, expansions, constructions, relocations and M&A integration, he felt that communication and using Solution Focus principles has been the most important skill in leading projects effectively.

So, he will share one of the key solution focus approaches to the challenges in the VUCA environment and how he came to these conclusions.

He will also provide examples on how the principles of Solution Focus are applicable to leading projects that will result in a higher level of effectiveness.
