MBA Dr.rer.pol. Organisational consultant, mediator, coach, solution-focused trainer. Co-founder and associate of ConsultContor - Consulting and Coaching, Cologne, Germany. Teams and people in challenging leadership situations lie particularly close to the heart of the economic sociologist. In the context of his own professional experience as executive science manager, he supports them in overcoming blockages, resolving conflicts and successfully pursuing their goals. Qualifications as social scientist and organisational developer are the basis for his resource-oriented and solution-focused approach.

Since 1997, he works self-employed as associate of ConsultContor and has advised and implemented many personnel and organisational development projects, especially in the fields of public administrations and universities. His focus is on executive development, team development and conflict management, his working languages German and English.

Peter Röhrig is passionately involved in international contexts, as Chapter Head of the international association SFiO (solution focus in organisations) and speaker at conferences he contributes to the further development of the solution-focused consulting approach.

In addition to many publications on solution-focused consulting and leadership, he is the editor of “Solution Tools”, a methodological manual for solution-focused work with teams, which has already been sold more than 12,000 times. He edited an English version “57 SF activities for facilitators and consultants – putting solution focus into action” with Jenny Clarke at solutionsbooks. Together with Dr. Martina Scheinecker, Trigon Wien, he has edited “Solution-Focused Conflict Management in Organizations” in German in October 2019 (managerSeminare).
